Our main target is to build a market-leading high quality residential and mixed-use developments, with a philosophy of providing luxurious apartments, shops and leisure facilities at affordable prices.
Our developments are planned to meet the needs of our local communities, with new apartments ranging from a large studio to a well-proportioned 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments offering the public the ultimate in comfort and a first-class experience.
The Founder of Afonso Projects, Jose Afonso, found himself wanting the dream home but couldn’t afford what was on the market. He lived in shared accommodation with mixed results and random housemates. Whilst living with strangers he came to a realisation that they were also in the same position and striving for their own place, seemingly unattainable at the time.
He quickly realised that thousands were in the same situation and he felt the collective pain of their endeavours. These people are also with families and young children, sharing bathrooms and cutlery with complete strangers and hoping for a brighter future.
Our collective struggles in the community are the drive and ambition that drives him to making and creating change himself, and giving back to the community.
